Meet Our Providers

Dr. Karri Krendl

• Dr. Karri Krendl has been practicing in the Allen County area for over 30 years. She graduated from Wapak High in 1976, Cornell University in 1980, and Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1984. She and her husband, Dan Dardio, returned to the Lima area in 1987 and undertook the project of repopulating the family farm.

Elise Clark, BC-FNP

• Elise Clark is a Nurse Practitioner. She is a Delphos native. She and Nick are parents to three boys, all of whom received a strong dose of their father's sense of humor. They keep Elise smiling. Elise worked at St. Rita's after receiving her registered nurse degree. She later committed to pursuing her Master's Degree and her certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the University of Toledo. She has been associated with Family Physicians of Lima since 2001.

Joel Pohlman, NP-C

• Joel is our newest addition to the practice as a nurse practitioner.  He is a 2010 graduate of Delphos St. John’s.  Attended the University of Cincinnati for both his undergraduate and graduate nursing degrees.  He has practiced nursing – primarily in emergency and critical care settings – since 2014 in Cincinnati, Tennessee, Columbus, and finally made his way back to the area in 2019 and joined us in 2020.  Joel and his wife, Emma, are enjoying their journey as a young family and are active in their community.  Joel looks forward to meeting you and helping you with your health-related goals.
